Do you track flights for delays?
Yes, every airport pickup includes flight tracking so your chauffeur adjusts for early or late arrivals at no extra charge within reasonable limits.
Can I book a transfer between two of these airports?
Yes, inter-airport transfers (for example JFK to Newark) are a common request and quoted individually.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge within reasonable limits.
Do you charge for the return trip on long-distance routes?
No, long-distance trips are quoted as a single fare covering only your booked direction.
How far in advance should I book a long-distance trip?
We recommend at least a few days' notice for interstate trips to guarantee vehicle and chauffeur availability.
What is code FIRST10?
New customers get 10% off their first ride. One use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, doesn't apply to gratuity.
What's included in the stretch limousine rate?
$199 per hour, 4-hour minimum (from $796), including the vehicle and chauffeur for your booked window.
Do you charge extra for tolls?
Tolls and airport fees are included in your confirmed upfront quote. No surprise charges at drop-off.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No, our vehicles are non-smoking.
